Easter 2011 – The Rev Dr Richard Buxton, retired assistant Warden of St Deniol’s
Library, Hawarden, Wales (Gladstone’s Library) will be with us during Holy Week this year. The Bishop has requested that we celebrate Holy Week and Easter in a special way Easter is the most important Festival of the Church Year – without Easter we would have no Christian faith
I hope as many of you as possible will take part in as much of this celebration of Easter as possible. I also hope that parents will bring their children to as much as possible. It is important that they experience the life & worship of the Church into which they have been baptised as possible.
Easter is the time of Baptism and the Baptism of an adult or child at the Easter Vigil would give true meaning to our celebrations.
